1 head broccoli, cut stems and tops in small pieces
2 cups red grapes
1 pack bacon cooked and cut into small pieces (if you are in a hurry you could also use bacon bits)
1 cup toasted slivered almonds
1 cup finely chopped celery (optional)
1/2 cup finely chopped onion (optional)
Mix the above ingredients than add the dressing and stir.
Dressing:
1 cup mayonnaise
1 T vinegar
1/2 cup sugar
This salad has been a super hit wherever I take it and is my husbands new favorite. Hope you enjoy!
I'm pretty sure I could eat this salad everyday for the rest of my life and be perfectly content. I made it for the BBQ last night. I doubled it and added both red and green grapes. It was quite delicious. Thanks Jen!
